The West Firm, P.C. is dedicated to providing exceptional legal counsel and representation to its clients.  The firm is committed to using its expertise and training, garnered from both "the bench and the trench," to ensure that each client is effectively and zealously represented.  The firm has two primary focuses.  The first focus is in representing clients in all types of family law matters, including adoption, legitimation, divorce, child custody, and child support.  The firm is committed to representing its clients from negotiation to litigation, but the firm also believes in the extreme benefits of collaborative dispute resolution in many family law cases (i.e., mediation by a set of neutral professionals in the area of family psychology, economics, etc.). 

The firm's second focus is in representing clients in employment discrimination matters, including those involving systemic discrimination and multiple or class action plaintiffs.  The firm has a wealth of experience gained from its former involvement in providing defensive representation on behalf of large companies in employment discrimination cases, and the firm uses this experience for the benefit of its plaintiff clients.  As with its family law clients, the firm is committed to representing its clients from negotiation to litigation.
